
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations Made More Than 6 Months in Advance
If you need to cancel your trip more than six months before the start date, we will refund your deposit in full, minus a $100 administrative fee.
Cancellations 4 to 6 Months Before the Trip
If you cancel within this window, you have two options:

Request a refund of 50% of your deposit, minus the $100 administrative fee.
Cancellations Within 4 Months of the Trip
If you cancel within four months of your trip, your deposit is non-refundable unless we are able to fill your spot. If you find someone to take your place or if we have a waitlist and another participant joins in your place, we can refund your deposit. However, if we must offer a discount to fill your spot, you will only receive a credit for the amount collected from the new participant.
Cancellations Within 2 Months of the Trip
If you planned to pay the remaining balance upon arrival but cancel within two months of the trip, the full balance is still due. You will receive an invoice for the remaining amount.
Failure to Complete Payment 1 Month Before the Trip
Your remaining balance must be paid at least one month before the trip. If we do not receive your payment and no alternate arrangement has been made (such as an agreed-upon later payment date or a plan to pay in cash upon arrival), your booking will be canceled, and your deposit will not be refunded.
Travel Insurance Recommendation
Unexpected situations like injuries, illness, work conflicts, natural disasters, or family emergencies can happen. We strongly encourage purchasing travel insurance to safeguard your trip investment. We highly recommend selecting a policy that includes a “Cancel for Any Reason” option, as this provides the broadest coverage. Be sure to review the details of your policy to confirm that it meets your needs.
Important Travel Insurance Timing
If you decide to purchase “Cancel for Any Reason” insurance, be aware that most policies require you to buy it within 2-3 weeks of making your initial deposit. Check your specific policy’s requirements, but we advise purchasing insurance at the same time or shortly after booking your trip.
If We Must Cancel Your Trip
In the unlikely event that we have to cancel your trip due to circumstances beyond our control (such as a natural disaster), we are not responsible for providing refunds or covering travel costs. This policy is in place to protect our team and partners from unforeseen challenges. Having travel insurance ensures that both you and our team are covered against unexpected losses.
